----------------------------------------- --------------------------------------- Thanks to everyone who came out. It turned out to be the best one yet! By far it was the most people entered and spectating. There were 98 entrants....Wow!! The coolest thing is that 7 of the 18-under skaters are the sons of current locals. The level of ditch skating has really stepped up. Everyone ripped! Here are the results:
7-under 1. Matthew Niemann 2. Colin Whitworth
8-11 1. Gabriel Pena 2. PJ Boer 3. Jamian S. 4. Brian H. 5. Alexander
12-14(the biggest group) 1. Michael Storm 1. Dylan Villaneueva(tie) 2. Justin G 3. Ryan "Spanky" Z. 3. Laurence P.(tie) 4. Andrew Azios 5. Avery Davis
15-17 1. Ben Hatchell 2. Jesse H 3. Raymond Dunlap 4. Christian Talavera 5. Tony M.
18-29 1. Kevin The Hesh 2. Antonio 3. Cody 4. Caleb Gonzalez 5. Jacob
30-Over 1. Shredward 2. Reid Moffatt 3. Colin Nauert 4. Derek 5. Rockabilly Buddy
Longboard 1. Army 2. Brandon Brookshire 3. Dylan Villenueva 4. Shredward 5. Kevin The Hesh _________________ "It's better to live on the edge, than get stuck in the middle of mediocrity!"

The riverdale ditch is more then in action, it gets ripped on the daily. Keep it clean - a lot of patch work has been put into that place

mmmmmmmm..... LaCueva... GBMII knows my feeling about LaCueva. Life doesn't get any better.
In Webster's under the entry:
LaCueva: 1. fun, 2. buttery, 3. smooth and speedy but controllable, 4. Bomb or cruise... your choice. 5. Expensive homes lined ditch in New Mexico, green grass in the desert, with sun bathing betties...(see skateboarding).

NM ditches, dry, in June? Yeah sure. But hot as hell. Only skatable in the early mornings or the late evenings. Otherwise they become a solar oven from late May to early August, anytime from 10am to 4pm. Still worth the drive though. To maximize your skating fun, come from late August to early October, but June is still a good month.

Thanks GBMII I love that Ventura ditch, hopefully it will dry up by Lowes, that part is epic. La Cueva rules too, one of my favs for sure.
I was pretty sure we didn't miss too much KLee, just was really curious, sounds like we got a couple new ones to check out next time as well, got to like that.
