Indian School is so perfect it's like a skatepark, but real backyard pools still have an appeal, and the Bear needs to be fed now and then. Yes, Sector 9 presses LOTS of boards for lots of small companies, but the one that Biker had pressed was one of his 40" Dregs Race decks using the same mold, just more plys. The question I asked him was why the 40", when he could have done the 46" Dregs Alpine. That's the one I race and it seems to me that over 50 mph every inch of wheel base is going to help. Did you see that runway surface? Yikes! They gave him the leathers, helmet, boots and the BIKE so that he could continue practicing to get over 100 mph. Of course what would really help with that last little bit would be a set of TimeShip Aero Paddles!     Rate post 267810 ! We will talk about it. He's still only 2 and doesn't have much of an attention span, but we'll try. I just had my last workout. I've put in about 300 hours of rehab since August 15th, and I am ready to cruise the ditches for sure. I will probably not ride the park, or get too jiggy in the ditches, but its been a successful rehab. Today is sunny and 70 degrees and I am not used to the heat. Our plan is to leave Albuquerque early Monday morning to hit up Angelfire that day. It looks like rain on Tuesday. How long of a drive from Alb. to Angelfire. Looks like about 3 hours max, eh? Keep it safe Joe. Safe enough for everyone. We don't want to get hurt out there. DT, sounds like your having a blast. Glad you could make the journey. One more appraisal to proof and send out the door. Tomorrow, I wait for my new board from Chicken. It'll show around 6:00 pm on Wednesday. Wish I could have gone, I've always wanted to skate Indian school. But I'm leaving the 23rd of this month for San Diego so there's no way that would have been possible. The weather looks perfect. We are all so pumped. I skated four days there last year, two at Kona, and a couple miles on the Exkate last year. About 7 days total. Crossing my finger about the knee. It'll perform. I have done some type of rehab every day since August 15th, just thinking about this weekend. Its kept me going. He was a funny guy, to say the least. He was nake a million times more than I ever thought of. He had a big heart, and it was fragile. I can relate. We will miss you Blake. On a lighter note, only 10 days until "Ditchapolooza". Time for Bara and I to try out our new knee and shoulder. I can't wait. Ethan and Jesse are stoked also.
