I never new what it was called and never even remembered seeing it. I kind of learned it by accident then started using as part of a routine. I later called it a Nose Dive cuz, when I would turn my head to look behind me i'd sometimes scrape my nose. There's a shot of me doing it on the link. It is a video/photo capture shot from a commerial in 87. Everyone I skater I see in and around London are all into street, it's like Freestyle and Old skool, the beginings of skating seem to be dying out. What I think would be ideal to bring back the traditions of skating, would be a competition held in London for Freestyle and Old skool skaters. Great historic freestyle site, bring the family, surf after the jam. y'all come...................! ( Dave Macintyre may make an appearance just for 'ol times sake!) I'm working on a girls high jump event for ASR and also an after hours ASR jam at the Kroc Community Center skatepark....probably will not happen but a good idea anyway. My big event for the year will be the WFSA California State Flatland Championship in December to include 360's, high jump, freestyle contest with 2 min runs, game of skate- freestyle, game of skate-street, best trick, barrel jump.
