The Texas Outlaws have a poll running on www.bonelessone.com this is our home site. I have been recieving numerous emails regarding if we are running GS or The Catalina Classic Slalom same coarse from the 1970s for Saturdays race. So far GS is ahead. In order to vote you have to join the site. Otherwise the slalom section is not visible. Your opinion matters if you plan to come to Texas and race. And yes we are Six Wheeler friendly. Texas Slalom Jam Sept 30 th
On 10/1/2006 Eddy Texas Outlaws wrote in from United States  (70.115.nnn.nnn)

Sept 30 th Outlaw Slalom Jam in Austin. Fisrt off a big thanks to O G MarCos for getting us together and letting us drag race. s#@! its fxcking hot out there man, I mean it was freaking hot. And the level of the racers in Texas was hot as well. Those who did'nt make it out there we missed seeing ya bros. Lets face it we all knew Big Ryan had the hot hand coming into this Jam. After placing well in Sandia. And he did, and he has gotten faster. Dude, Duder, DDDDDDuuuuuuuudddddddeeeeeeeerrrrrr. For those of you who have seen the movie The Incredilbes. When the little neighborhood kid Yells and the end of the movie " That was Awesome" You are a gentle giant my amigo, but damm son you can skate. Most improved I would have to say Matt Franklin he has taken to cones like a fish to water. Newest Texas Outlaw 8 year old Aleera Soulsby Monroy, she even took a beef and got up and continued to skate. Got to send me a shirt size for the yougin Marcos. The man to watch was Clay T he was pushing agressively every run, full committent no backing off, throttle down from the first cone to the last cone, he also got up from 3 beefs. The third beef was the knarliest. O G Marcos was also throwing down some solid runs. No wasted energy pure pumping. Gorrilla Biscuits was also throwing some goods runs that bro looks straight down the course, great concentration, I know cause I was talking trash running next to him, Woody was also in the mix, grow back the beard Woody I had no idea who the hell you were when you came up to me. RussDuke and family showed up to race, here is hoping you make it down for the race in Sullivan City in December bro, I was totally shocked to see Brette show up and throw down some descent runs, this after knee replacement surgery. You ROCK, DUDE. Also taking some runs was Bosco, wow. A2, Curtis, have also improved dramitically, A2 and Woody thanks for running the timing systems, a bro could not ask for better teamates. Thanks for coming out bros it was good seeing every one. Oh before I forget Gumby showed up fashionably late rode the couse switch and threw down time of 18 seconds. Damm YOU GUMBY.
Course 50 cones 6 ft apart, straight down a mellow slope.

This morning started by giving my two good Canadian friends Chris and Civ a wake up call. They are both competing in La Costa,CA. Spoke to Keith The Machine Hollien. Clay T returned my call right before I was dragged off to church,no I did not melt on the stairs of the church. Spoke to Rob Sydia in Canada, the bro is allways STOKED. Marcos and Gumby Rob says " HELLO " Spoke to Joe Iocavelli, probably share a room with him at DHB the North Carolina race. And I ran 50 coneS 6 ft on center. 12 runs max. Got an email from Russ DUKE from India. Awesome day. Your Amigo Eddy TEXAS OUTLAWS.

The olde airport
On 9/14/2006 Russ the Eggmaster wrote in from United States  (152.135.nnn.nnn)

Hey Everybody, Woode and I went over to the old airport today at lunch, and found a couple of good places to run cones. One is the spur road near the ditch, the other is the black parking lot on the west side of the main parking lot. It's real easy to get lost out there, but follow the directions already given, and that should get you close.

Are we going to be using the start ramps? Have truck, will haul- if that needs to be done. We'll also need to bring pushbrooms, because one run is pretty clean, but theothers are covered in old leaves and stuff.

I'm off to India tomorrow for most of the month, so I won't be be able to do much to help prep, but man, I'm looking forward to hanging with you Bros and running some cones. So is my son, Joe.
Russ

I spoke to Woodman tonite he says the site does exist it is at the old airport unless it has been demolished. It is a pumping course as Marcos has emphasized. He says he is going to make some calls. He is going to speak to Russ Duke and a couple of bros. It will be interesting to see who shows up. Your Amigo Eddy Texas Outlaws.

Marcos I went to the Airport but I think (hope)I went to the wrong part cause there was no hill there. Just a big flat paved area. I forgot my camera so no pics. Have you skated at this location? Who found it? (Quote)

Ryan Russ found the "hill" he and wood skate there a lot. I have not seen it. perhaps there is a steeper area close by. Did you find the ditch it is supposed to close by.
