First 50 / 100 / 150 miles on the Burke Gilman (trail is 25-miles each way) from Gasworks to Marymoor. The number of laps on the trail is entirely up to the individual skater.

Then a 1.5-mile skate up hill (Stone Way) to Greenlake.

Greenlake 2.8-mile laps start at the stadium / small boat / golf course SW corner and continue until sunrise and 8 a.m. finish!
