I know some about old school skate gear, but off the top of my head I was wrong when adding "Logan" to the wheel name!
That was my auction, and yes they did sell fast for $374.99.
In the auction text I posted a note on the time frame:
--They called these metal cores 'The Nucleus'; here's their definition straight from the
Dec 1978 Skateboarder Magazine:
"What is THE NUCLEUS? it's a casing for your bearings which is cast right into the wheel. made of precision machined aluminum, lightweight and durable with high tolerances, it insures positive bearing alignment for greater speed, more precise control of the board, and a smoother, more consistent ride."

They could have sold some in the 1980's from the original batch, because skateboarding started to die off in 1979.

Park Rider 4.5 (which I never ever knew existed) kinda looks
1980s to me. No idea when made. Do you have time period knowledge?
Regardless, look at this recent sale!! Went very very fast!!
